NOTE: If you are a volleyball player and plan to bring children under the age of 12 with you to your league night, know that they must be within arms length of an adult at all times. You cannot play and leave your child unattended. This rule is strictly monitored.
THE PERSON FILLING OUT THIS FORM WILL BE CONSIDERED THEIR TEAM'S CAPTAIN AND AS SUCH WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES , INCLUDING BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEAMS BEHAVIOR.

4s Co-Ed teams must have a minimum of 2 female players at all times.
6s Co-Ed teams must have a minimum of 3 female players at all times.
Beer Leagues are ANY GENDER Only
*All IVP teams play on a rotational basis. That means the first week your game may start at 6 pm, another week you may start at 7 pm and another week 8 pm. Leagues can play double headers later in the night up to midnight. Sunday Beer League begins at 1 pm.
We rotate each team to different hours so everyone will have an opportunity to play other teams. It is each team members responsibility to check the website for weekly schedule times/courts.
