Sitting on 2.6 acres, we are the largest outdoor restaurant and bar in Colorado Springs!
IVP at The Beach House sits on 2.6 acres of beautiful soft sand. From High School reunions to weddings, concerts and fundraisers, we have held every type of party/event and we are ready to host yours!
Small Group Events
rent a private court
Dropping-in is one way to play volleyball at The Beach House. However, if you are looking to keep things a little more intimate and private, renting a private court might be the better option!
For your convenience, every court comes with 2 picnic tables that can hold 6 people each. If your group is larger than 12 people we suggest taking a look at reserving a cabana or deck to expand your party area.
Private Courts: $55/hr

We have 4, 10'x10' outdoor cabanas a The Beach House. Each Cabana has lounge furniture suitable for 6-10 individuals and contains a fire place.
Cabanas can be rented individually but, when you rent all 4, we can extend your party into the sand to give you an additional 10ft x 40ft, private space, to party in. Bring over cornhole and other sand games for your private use or request high-top table for the area to better accompany your group size.
Don't forget of inquire about a personal bartender or bottle service with your cabana rental .

Large Group Events

For larger parties, IVP at The Beach House has a variety of indoor and outdoor party spaces for rent. Some spaces give you great views of pikes peak and the setting sun. Some spaces can be rented with a private bartender so you never have to leave the party. Some spaces come with are air conditioning for those hot summer days. And, some spaces come with TVs for that must have presentation or slide show.
But ALL our party spaces come with:
Complimentary fountain sodas and juices,
One (1) complimentary volleyball court for the duration of your event
*Food orders must be received at least 72hrs in advance to receive discount.
Sand View Solarium
Location: Garage open or closed, No Stairs, Shaded, great for rain or shine!
Capacity: 30
Rate: $100 -$175 an hour
Optional: Personal Bartender
Voodoo Lounge
Location: Outside, 2nd level, Shaded
Capacity: 65
Rate: $125 - $250 an hour
